For it to be worth your time, it would have to be.

i must say this is the most f**ked up conversation ever, though the image of jared buring someone's eyes out with a cigarette lighter is pretty funny

I agree on both counts, except for the part about the goodly possibility of my never seeing any other "images" in my life.

Not me. I think Jeremy and Tom said they were going to do it. Some other people have mentioned it as well.

That was the worst race ever, I should have listened to you Jamie, it was like the scene from Monty Pythons Holy Grail where Lancelot is running to the castle but doesn't get any closer. From 1.5 miles away, I could see the turnaround point. I won by over a minute with a super fast time of 17:40. The only good thing that came out of this race was that I figured out the pace I should for a 5k. I ended up going out in 5:15, 2 mile time was 11:15. I think if I race smarter at the Tony(and have people running with me), I could run somewhere around 17:10.

17:40 running all alone like that and going out too fast isn't bad at all Jared. I'm sure you can be down near or under 17 with people to run with at Tony. Nice job. How did Loke do?

Loke didn't run because he was in the E.R. the night before. I here that he was getting those severe cramps checked out. From what I gather, nothing is really wrong except that he severely over strained the muscles in his abdominal wall. He just won't be able to run at all or swim very hard or do anything really for about a week, then re-evalutate. Hoping that things will heal up quickly, and I should be returning to normal within that span of time. See you all on the run on the 22nd then, i guess. Until then.......gbye.
