I think the problem is there's just not much to talk about. No one is racing, we're not all in Queensbury training together like usual so we don't even talk about what time we want to meet to run. When season gets going maybe there'll be more posting...or maybe not haha. Maybe people have moved on.

Ithaca for the summer working as a lifeguard and supposed to be training. Unfortunately still dealing with injury issues so running isn't going very well...kind of in the half trying to run, half taking time off stage I guess. So Cross Country isn't looking too promising for me right now since I was already so far behind in fitness. Anyway other than that guess I can't really complain. Since I've had so much extra time with the injuries my golf/bowling/Mario Kart/Halo skills have never been better. (That's almost as good right? ) How's things in Cali Jamie?

Still working the same job. things don't change too much after you graduate. for better or worse.

Well I hate change so that sounds awesome to me haha. Anyway glad to hear things are going well. I talked to your mom a while back and she told me you were doing a hockey league out there and that you and Cole did (or were planning on doing maybe) some marathon relay thing too. Sounds like some good times. I'm envious of the hockey, I definitely miss playing; I think it's been like 3 or 4 years since I even took a shot haha.

yeah, man, it's great... i play in a co-ed, non-check adult league on wednesday nights. it's not cheap, but it's worth it.
and yeah, cole and i did a 200 mile, 12-man relay back in May... haven't run much since then though.
