I know that you can run barefoot at the track infield, but does anybody else know where you can run barefoot without stepping on glass or syringes?

After you get some base barefoot running on the fields around campus you can even go in the trails behind the school and Potter Woods. I wouldn't suggest doing it in Coles Woods because who knows what you would step on during your run there.

Weel, I would say the party spots in potter are worse when it comes to glass than cole's, but you definatly need a base before you begin. I have to find a way to build enough base by the 25th (July) to do my double sessions barefoot.

I wouldn't suggest running barefoot from the school to Coles, especially with the new construction site we need to find our way around. But if you started from the Y, Coles would be good.

For the past three weeks, I have been running barefoot 4x a week for about 25 minutes. It is comfortable but the only place i've been running is the infield of the track.

I ran barefoot once in the woods behind the school. Its actually not that bad. The fields are better, but woods aren't that hard on your feet. It mostly dirt and the sticks are really small. However, when you get done, and you put on your shoes, its feels soooooooo good and you ask "why did I just go run barefoot, shoes are way more comfy?"

i ran my first barefoot run in potter woods today, im done with the grass stuff. i did 10 mins from my house up jedi (not the whole thing) and back it was not to bad on the feet at all except for the parallel along potter road and the entry into potter woods at the bend on potter road, those places are rocky and hurt but the rest was sandy enough it wasnt an issue
