My family and I are leaving for the weekend. I will be at the run tomorrow, but not Sat. or Sun. I believe we will be back for Monday, and if there's anyway that I can make that run I will. Sat. I'll get something in so that I don't die when i get back.

Hahahaha.....I'm sorry Steveo; that must really be killing you. Don't worry, it'll be worth it once you get back.
Now, for the actual post: I'm getting back from Poughkeepsie (glad I know how to actually spell that now) at like 6, so I'm wondering if anyone wants to go and get a run in at like 7 or a wee bit after. If anyone is up for it, please call my house at 793-5103 and leave a message of who you are and when you will be able to run. Thanks.
"Never run alone. It's just not good..."
Edit: I've just talked to my parents, and there's actually no guarantee that we'll get home even at 6, so if anyone has a run planned for the evening, please call me. I really want to get this run in; biking for 40 min. at a cardio pace with my parents watching me was not quite my idea of a "fun time." Thanks guys.

Matt Flint, Joel Loke...how could you ever confuse the two? I mean, you don't even have to know what they look like. Just know that Joel is never seen without some form of bright lime green.
