we (myself, loker, flint, and mulcahy) did the coles woods hill circut and decided to put off the mt run till next week when the humidity doesnt kill us Ken Littles. Do they cancel the race because it's too humid?

Of course they don't. If it were a race, we would have done it without thinking. This was a work-out though, one that could be swapped out for the next week's. This was not our idea either. Sully said that we could do an EZ day if we needed one, could do the hill circuits, or the Mt. Run. Which ever one we felt was best. That was Sully's key statement, really ("which ever feels best").

Basically, all that i was really trying to say is that the work-out we did was not "copping out," it was simply doing something other than what was written, but was definitely what Sully said we could do. We ran just as hard there as we would have on the Mt. Run (so we were still "practicing like we play"), and we're going to be doing the Mt. Run next week, so it matters in the "here and now," but not in the end. That was all.
P.S. Sorry to have apparently started something bigger than was necessary.
