So i'm coming back late tomorrow (friday) night. here's my upcoming running schedule...hopefully i can find some people to run with.
Saturday: 10 miles, middle 3 miles at 6:15ish. Sunday: 12-14 LSD Monday 8-10 easy Tuesday: Hill repeats...maybe Wincrest? or Mountain Run Wednesday: 10-12 easy Thursday: back to school.
saturday i reeeeally need someone to run with...whats everyone doing?
sunday...jer? luciano?
i'm thinking maybe the HS team will do the mountain on tuesday? so i might jump in on that if other alumni will go too...i'm almost getting too old.
easy days i can go on my own unless Jer or somebody wants to join.

alright heres what we can do.
saturday, we'll warmup together, then you do your tempo and i'll do mine, ending in the same place (i wont be waiting too long since you're going so much faster), then we'll cool down together.
sunday, i'll do part of what you're doing, obviously. i'd like to do close to 14.
monday, we'll go together.
i too can go anytime...preferrably morning though. i've been running at 6am all summer, so that's fine, but i'll go as late as 11, or even 4 in the afternoon. i have a 530 haircut monday though.

We havn't done the Mountain at an official team practice since my sophomre year...probably scares away too many of the Ken Littles. And Jamie, you'll never be too old...I mean come on, Underwood and Sully are always there. I wish I could be here to do some running with you, but hopefully we can run together for some long, miserable, and extremely cold miles during the winter.
