Alright guys, time for all you peopel to give me a hand. I need a heartrate for everyday that all of you guys wake up. If you don't wake up, don't worry about it, we will know what happened to you eventually . Anyways, I need the closest thing to a resting rate you got. As in, wake up, grab a watch and get a heart rate, I will log them all togather and see if there is any truth to the theories on future predicting. Everyone is welcome to try it. Anybody that gives me a consistent amount of information is certainly favored. And remember, the better data I have, the more real teh results will be, so please be consistent with your data gathering, or at least as consistent as possible. I will keep profiles on everyones rates and information. Please post daily heartrates on here also, just incase I forget it or you miss a run. Thanks.

remeber the requirements guys. It needs to be right when you get up, like leave your alarm clock rinning for 10 extra seconds so you can get it. Because, not to question anyones counting ability, but Flinters looks like it is a little high and tom's (given teh fact that you were already up and on the computer) looks too low. So unless flinter is on speed and tom is wasted I'd say check it right when you get up, then double check. If teh numbers are close, take the average. If they are nowhere close together, take a third and average teh two that are closest.
sorry about all this math.....but I need good data. ;D

im not sure what jer's going for with this, but i figured id throw in some john underwood wisdom. wake up, shut the alarm off, take your pulse before you move. then stand up and take it right away. then do something for a couple minutes (maybe pee, whatever) then check it one more time. i think what he said is that the difference from the 2nd time you take it and the 3rd time you take it should be about the same everyday, and if its different, you're probably getting sick.
somebody who goes to peak this year might tell me im wrong, because i didnt write it down, but im pretty sure thats what he told us.
